Heather Dunphy

Heather Dunphy currently serves as the VP and Global Head of Production Operations at Monks, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Dunphy had an extensive tenure at Jam3 from April 2019 to July 2023, where roles included Head of Production Operations and Production Operations Director. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Operations Manager at Rangle.io, leading resource management for a large team, and roles in digital strategy and content consulting, along with management positions at Organic, where a senior studio was launched. Education includes studies at Concordia University, Ryerson University, and Stratford Chef School. Notable clients include Bank of America, Chrysler, Jeep, and Sony Pictures.
