Kai Ruether has a diverse background in digital analytics and data management. With experience as a Senior Web Analyst at ConversionWorks from June 2014 to October 2019 and as a Web Analyst at Merkle | Periscopix from September 2012 to April 2014, Kai has developed expertise in web analytics. Currently, in a dual role as Associate Director Analytics EU and Senior Digital Analytics Architect at Monks since August 2022, along with the position of Director of Data and Team Lead of EMEA Data Capability Hub at MightyHive from October 2019 to June 2025, Kai continues to lead in the analytics field. Previous positions include Data Analyst at Clarks and internships at RB and Agilent Technologies.
