Pascal Staud

Pascal Staud is a seasoned entrepreneur, marketing expert, and co-founder who has helped brands grow through data-driven marketing and innovative content strategies. They currently advise AERA Health, a Basel-based health tech startup focused on AI-driven solutions for holistic, preventive, and personalized patient care, and co-found Monks, the global digital brand of S4Capital plc. Previously, they served as Partner and Managing Director at STAUD STUDIOS (2009–2021), a content production studio that worked with major car brands and later became part of Monks in January 2021. They also advised Galileo Protocol (2024–2025) on go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and market expansion.
