Priya Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Monks since June 2020, Priya played a pivotal role in scaling the team from 3 to 300 employees in just 9 months and contributed to achieving Salesforce Gold Partner status. Prior to this, Priya worked at Bain & Company as an Associate in HR Operations and Recruitment, managing the hiring process with a hire loss rate below 8%. Priya's earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Publicis Sapient, where expertise in managing recruitment for various technologies was demonstrated. A Post Graduation diploma in Human Resources Management was earned from the New Delhi Institute of Management, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
