Rika Guite is currently the Experience Design Lead at Adobe, focusing on Enterprise Content Labs since 2025. Previously, Rika served as a Creative Group Head at Cheil India from 2018 to 2021, and as a Senior Graphic Designer at LetterNote from 2015 to 2017. Rika also gained experience as an Art Director at Home Road Films between 2017 and 2018 and held various design roles at Media.Monks from 2021 to 2025, culminating in a Design Director position in the APAC region. Rika earned a degree from St. Joseph's College in Bangalore, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
