Sander Stomph is a Global SVP of AI & Change Management at Monks, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Sander served as Vice President of Digital Airline Operations at KLM from 2009 to 2021 and co-founded KickstartAI. They also founded Belevenis.com and were a co-founder of the airlineoperations.ai venture in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group.
