Most CRM projects do not fail because of technology. They fail because of who is running it.

Monndé Corp is a specialist consulting and operations firm focused on the full customer stack: data, technology, and the people who run it. We work with enterprises who are done with generic advice and want practitioners who have actually built and operated what they are recommending.

The firms that have been at this longest tend to send generalists who spend the first few months learning the client's problem on the client's budget. By the time the diagnosis lands, the engagement is half over. Monndé is built differently. We diagnose first, recommend based on what the problem actually is, and then operate alongside the in-house team until the capability lives inside the business, not inside an invoice.

Monndé is tool-aware, not tool-aligned. We hold partnerships because depth requires them, but the agenda is always the client's. If your current stack is the right one, we take your team from average user to superuser. If you need to move, we run a clean RFP scoped to your problem, not to whoever we are partnered with. Most firms recommend what they are paid to recommend. Monndé gets paid because it recommends what is right.

What we do covers three areas: data (Customer Data Strategy, CDP Onboarding, Data Transformation), technology (CRM Consulting, Customer Tech across Braze, Insider, Segment, Bloomreach, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, and others), and people and operations (CRM Management, CRM Restructuring, Loyalty Programme design and governance).

Founded by Devam Saxena, who spent 13+ years building and running customer engines at scale across Central Group (Thailand), Valiram Group (Southeast Asia), Alshaya Group (UAE), and foodpanda (Global). Every stack he built is still running today.
