Manav Gaur is the CEO and Founder of Monocept, a technology company based in India. Manav has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in program management.

Gaur began their career at Microsoft India in December 2005 as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the Silverlight for Symbian product, a joint venture between Microsoft and Nokia. This project required coordination between multiple teams at both Microsoft and Nokia, as well as with customers. Gaur was the face of the project both internally and externally, and they successfully delivered the product to market.

In addition to the Silverlight for Symbian project, Gaur also Program Managed Visual Studio 2005 sp1, 2008, and 2008 Sp1, as well as .NET Compact Framework. Manav left Microsoft India in January 2011 to start Monocept.

Under Gaur's leadership, Monocept has become a leading provider of technology solutions in India. The company has successfully delivered projects for major clients such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Gaur is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and improve people's lives.

Manav Gaur's educational career includes a PGPMAX from the Indian School of Business in the field of Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a BE from Kumaun University in Computer Science & Engineering.
