Linard Baer

Linard Baer has a strong background in business development and partnerships. Linard is currently working at Monocle as the Development and Partnerships Director, a role they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, Linard worked at Winkreative as a Strategist and Project Manager from March 2022 to August 2023. Linard also co-founded and served as the Creative Director of VITPEB AG from October 2020 to September 2022. Linard has experience in content creation as well, having worked as a Content Lead at Andy Was Right from October 2019 to March 2022. Linard also gained film production experience during a traineeship at Shining Film from May 2019 to December 2019. Linard has a diverse skill set and has held positions at Fairtrade Max Havelaar Switzerland as an Interim Project Manager Business Development from October 2018 to April 2019, and at EY as a Mergers & Acquisitions professional from February 2018 to September 2018.

Linard Baer completed their Matura in Spanische Sprache und Mathematik at Academia Engiadina Samedan from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Economics from the University of Zurich from 2014 to 2018.
