Jo-Ann Burnham

Jo-Ann Burnham is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Monogram LLC, a position held since 1999. With a hands-on and innovative leadership style, they support executives and their teams in achieving corporate goals while also excelling in talent acquisition. Previously, Jo-Ann served as Vice President of Relationship Management, Corporate Services, and Program Management at First Marblehead from 2006 to 2008. They are currently pursuing further education in Business at Simmons College, School of Management.
