Fallon Roche

Fallon Roche has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career as an Executive Assistant at 3VR Video Intelligence Platform from March 2014 to February 2015. They then moved on to Apartment List, where they took on the roles of People Operations from February 2015 to October 2016 and Senior Recruiter from October 2016 to January 2018. Following that, Fallon worked at IrisVR as a Sr. People Operations Manager from February 2018 to February 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Head of People at Monograph from February 2021 to the present.

Fallon Roche attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2011. Fallon earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature, graduating cum laude.
