Alex Hoermann

Alexander Hoermann is currently working as VP Technology at Monolith Materials since June 2013. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Director of Mechanical Engineering at Monolith Materials. Before joining Monolith Materials, Alexander served as the Director of Product Engineering at Areva from June 2012 to June 2013. Alexander has also worked at AREVA Solar as the Manager of Opto-Mechanical Engineering from July 2007 to May 2012. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Alexander started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Applied Materials from August 2000 to June 2007. Alexander holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
