Andrew Disanto

Andrew Disanto is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and electrical testing across various sectors, including automotive and consumer electronics. Currently serving as a Sr. EMC Engineer at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., since June 2022, Andrew previously held roles at Vitesco Technologies as a Senior EMC Validation Engineer and at Continental as a Senior EMC Test Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising testing teams and conducting tests for automotive systems. With a foundational career at HARMAN International from 2012 to 2019, Andrew progressed from an EMC Intern to an EMC Engineer, successfully developing test plans and managing project schedules. Andrew began technical training as an Applications Engineer Intern at Osram Opto Semiconductors. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kettering University in 2015.
