Bernie Blegen

Bernie Blegen is the current Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Monolithic Power Systems. Prior to this role, Bernie served as Corporate Controller at monolithic power systems, inc. from August 2011 to July 2016. Before that, Bernie was the Senior Director of Accounting at VMware from October 2008 to July 2009, and Vice President, Corporate Controller at Shutterfly, Inc. from October 2007 to August 2008.

Bernie's career in finance began at LTX-Credence, where they served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller from February 2006 to September 2007. Bernie then moved to Xilinx as Senior Director of Finance from May 2002 to February 2006. In July 1999, Bernie became Vice President and Corporate Controller at Micro Focus, and then Vice President of Finance at Glacier Bay from October 2009 to January 2011.

In addition to their work in the corporate world, Bernie has also served on the board of the Diabetes Society from January 2002 to January 2007.

Bernie Blegen completed a Bachelor of Arts at UC Santa Barbara.
