Cal Parsons

Cal Parsons is a seasoned business and product leader with extensive experience in high power solutions and gate drivers. Currently serving as the Senior Director at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., Cal also holds a position on the Board of Directors at the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County. Previously, Cal held various roles at companies such as Analog Devices and Texas Instruments, where significant achievements include growing revenue and business opportunities by substantial percentages. Cal earned a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering and Economics & Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed the Leadershipmatters Executive Development Program at Texas Instruments.
