Carly Summers

Carly Summers is a Senior Corporate Counsel with extensive experience in both law firm and in-house environments, including leadership roles in regulatory compliance and litigation teams. Currently at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., Carly leads the negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal support. Previously, Carly served as Corporate Counsel at T-Mobile, focusing on regulatory compliance for complex mergers, and was an Associate Attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Carly holds a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law, a Mediation Certificate from the University of Washington, and further training in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. Additionally, Carly operates a consulting and coaching firm that enhances organizational leadership and culture.
