Damien Ware

Damien Ware is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience as a corporate pilot and airline captain. Currently serving as a Corporate Pilot for Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since April 2023, Damien operates a CJ4(S) and Falcon 2000. In addition, as the Owner/Operator of Level Up Aero since 2019, responsibilities include overseeing a FAR Part 91 aircraft management company with significant operational hours. Previous roles include Captain at SkyWest Airlines, where leadership and safety were prioritized while managing challenging flight conditions, and First Officer on various aircraft including Bombardier and Embraer models. An experienced flight instructor and prior UAS Survey Manager, Damien’s background is complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Management from James Cook University, along with certifications in Accounting and Financial Planning.
