Eric Young

Eric Young is a Senior Analog IC Design Manager at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., responsible for designing and enhancing switchmode power ICs while also recruiting and supervising new graduates. Previously, Eric served as a Staff Engineer in Power Products at Analog Devices, where innovative high power switching regulator systems were developed, and maintained project controls for a multi-site team. Eric's academic background includes a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from North Carolina State University, alongside a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University. Eric's extensive career includes roles at companies such as Linear Technology, Maxim Integrated, and Motorola SPS, focusing on analog IC design and product development across various industries.
