Franco H. is a seasoned Senior QMS & Process Audit Leader in the semiconductor industry with a robust background in automotive quality management, having collaborated with over ten prominent car manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers for more than four years. Certified in ASPICE PA4.0 and VDA6.3, Franco has led significant auditing projects and developed quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Currently employed at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., they coordinate and execute comprehensive supplier audits. Franco previously held leadership roles at Wistron NeWeb Corporation and has received the WNC Engineering Center MVP award for outstanding performance in quality improvements. Franco earned a master's degree in Marketing & Distribution from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, achieving a GPA of 4.0.
