Mingduo Dun

Mingduo Dun is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in power device development and process engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff BCD Technology Development Engineer at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc., since January 2020, Mingduo has previously held positions as a Sr. Process Engineer at Renesas Electronics and a Device Engineer at Power Integrations, where responsibilities included high voltage silicon power device design and collaboration on mixed-signal silicon technologies. Early career experiences include internship roles focused on device engineering and analog IC design, contributing to significant projects involving PMOS and NMOS devices. Mingduo holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
