Ryan Scully is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and litigation. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Legal at Monomoy CRE since December 2025, Scully previously held the role of Manager, Legal Affairs (Real Estate) at United Rentals from July 2016 to December 2025. Before that, Scully worked as an Attorney at Carmody, Torrance, Sandak, Hennessey, LLP, where legal representation was provided for various commercial litigation issues. Scully's earlier career includes positions as an Attorney at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC, and law clerk roles at both the Circuit Court and District Court of Maryland. An alumnus of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Scully earned a JD in 2005, following a BA in Politics from Fairfield University in 2001.
