Adeline Baral

Adeline Baral is an experienced professional in training development and digital learning, currently serving as Chef du service de formation and Responsable de la conception pédagogique at Monoprix since January 2022. Previously, Adeline held the role of Project Leader Digital Learning at SMCP, where responsibilities included the development of the digital training platform, Mylearning, for employees across Europe, the US, and Asia, as well as creating coaching content for retail teams. Adeline's experience at Sandro included management roles with a proven track record of enhancing sales performance and training teams, while earlier positions at Extreme Agency involved overseeing advertising budgets and managing client communications.
