Hubert Desroche is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Directeur des opérations at Monoprix since October 2024, Desroche previously founded and led Tackops as Chief Executive Officer, specializing in strategic and operational consulting for retail organizations. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at APRIUM PHARMACIE, where revenue growth was achieved through optimization of customer service and logistics, and Omnichannel Transformation Director at Carrefour, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and management of multicultural teams.
