Nicolas Crozet

Nicolas CROZET has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines Siège at Monoprix since July 2022. In this role, responsibilities include supporting managerial teams, developing employee skills, analyzing annual performance reviews, and managing internal mobility. Prior to Monoprix, Nicolas held the position of RESPONSABLE RH at Centre d'imagerie Bachaumont-Imagerie médicale Paris Centre, focusing on structuring HR strategies amidst business expansion. Nicolas also served as RESPONSABLE RH/HRBP at Astek for over 13 years, where tasks involved career management, training policy implementation, and legal support. Earlier roles at SILICOM SAS, Sanofi, and Segula Technologies included recruitment and HR project management. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from UVSQ.
