Raphaelle Lista

Raphaelle Lista currently serves as DRH Magasins at Monoprix since October 2023, following a role as Directrice des ressources humaines at NAF NAF from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior to these positions, Raphaelle held the title of DRH at SYSTEME U, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for 2,500 collaborators and managing an operational HR team across multiple locations. Raphaelle's experience also includes serving as HR Director for PANDORA, where management encompassed a team of five within a large international setting, facilitating recruitment, training, labor law compliance, performance management, and HR digitalization. Before joining PANDORA, Raphaelle worked at SFR in various HR management roles, tackling challenges in a blue-collar environment including strong social tensions.
