Sophiène Hammami holds a Master's degree in Transport & Logistics from Aix en Provence, completed in 1990. They began their career as a Chef Département Planification at Orascom Telecom from 2002 to 2003 before serving as Directeur Logistique at Canal+ Overseas Horizons from 1992 to 2002. Currently, Sophiène is the Directeur Transport Groupe at Monoprix, where they have been since 2011, also taking on the role of Directeur Logistique Transport.
