Steve Mars

Steve MARS has extensive experience in the retail and labor sectors, currently holding multiple roles at Monoprix since September 1991, including Secrétaire du Comité social et Economique central and Chargé de rayons, where responsibilities include ensuring product availability and overseeing optimal inventory management. Additionally, since January 2011, Steve MARS has served as Secrétaire Fédéral for the Fédération des Services CFDT, managing national employee collectives and conflict resolution within various commercial sectors. Furthermore, since January 2009, Steve MARS has acted as a Conseiller Prud'hommes in the commerce section of the Ministère de la Justice, addressing individual disputes arising from private employment contracts.
