Joao Pardao

Joao Pardao is currently the Head of Technical Service & Development at MonoSol, A Kuraray Company, since September 2013, leading a global team focused on innovation and technical expertise in sustainable packaging and polymers. With a strong project management background, Joao oversees major accounts and enhances operational efficiencies while fostering technical relationships to identify growth opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Silpack Lda, where Joao managed day-to-day operations of a blown film extrusion plant, and various engineering positions at Silvex, focusing on biodegradable polymer development. Joao's educational qualifications include an MBA from IMF Business School and a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine from Cranfield University, among other specialized training in leadership and human resources.
