Steven Sun

Steven Sun is the General Counsel at MonoSol, a Kuraray Company, where they help business leaders anticipate and navigate risk. Known as a thought leader who thrives in ambiguity, they excel at connecting people, ideas, and data to achieve critical enterprise goals. Previously, they served as acting General Counsel at Power Solutions International, contributing to significant growth in net sales and income, and held roles at Lincoln International and The Dow Chemical Company where they advised on strategic M&A projects and compliance initiatives. Steven holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
