Chandni Chohan

Chandni Chohan (Assoc.CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager, HRBP (Talent Management) for EMEA & APAC at Monotype since August 2017. In this role, Chandni oversees recruitment, talent management, and learning and development, acting as a strategic HRBP for the GTM functions across the regions. Previously held positions include Senior HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at Monotype, and HR Administrator at Arsenal F.C., where responsibilities encompassed the full employee lifecycle, recruitment processes, and HR administration. Chandni started a career in education as an English Language and Homeroom Teacher at the British Council. Chandni holds a BA in History and International Relations with Mandarin from Loughborough University and completed CIPD qualifications between 2017 and 2018.
