Robert Klages

Robert Klages has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert is currently working at Monotype as the Vice President of Production Engineering since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology from May 2016 to October 2021. Their previous experience includes working as the Sr. Director of Information Technology at Monotype from April 2015 to May 2016 and as the Director of IT from June 2005 to April 2015.

Before joining Monotype, Robert held the position of Engineer 3 at Verisign from 2004 to 2005 and also served as the Director of IT at Guardent (now Verisign) from 1999 to 2005.

Their earlier roles include working as an IT Manager at Bank of Boston from 1995 to 2000, a Production Controller at Royal Bank from 1994 to 1995, a System Administrator at BlackBerry from 1993 to 1994, and a System Administrator at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1990 to 1993.
