Greg Peterson has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Greg started their career at Koozina's Restaurant as an Assistant Manager and Bartender, where they handled opening and closing duties, scheduling, accounting, and customer service. Greg then worked at Panera Bread as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for inventory control, training, food safety, scheduling, and accounting. Greg then joined Express Mart as a Store Manager and later as a District Training and Recruiting Manager. In these positions, they managed all aspects of employee hiring and training, payroll, inventory control, merchandising standards, vendor ordering, and multiple food program implementations. Greg also worked at Petr-All Petroleum/Express Mart Convenience Stores as a District Training and Recruiting Manager. Greg then transitioned into the financial industry, working as a Financial Services Representative at MetLife and John Hancock Financial Network. Most recently, they have been with Monro, Inc., where they started as a Customer Service Manager and advanced to positions such as Equipment Coordinator, Senior Equipment Coordinator, Assistant Facilities Manager, Manager of Facilities & Assets, Director of Facilities & Assets, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Facilities and Assets. Greg completed their high school education at Fairport High School, obtaining a Regents Diploma in English and Music from 1996 to 1999.
