Jack MacDonald

Jack MacDonald has extensive work experience in the field of talent development and training. Jack is currently the Director of Talent and Development at Monro, Inc. since February 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Advisor at JPM Talent Development Advisors from February 2015 to February 2019.

Before that, Jack held various roles at Pep Boys, including Assistant Vice President of Training & Organizational Development, Director of Training and Development, and Director of Service Operations. During their time at Pep Boys, Jack was responsible for improving training strategies and tactics, implementing employee development programs, and deploying employee engagement surveys.
