John Caricati

John Caricati has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Caricati served as Contract Manufacturing Manager at LiDestri Food & Drink from July 2017 to July 2019 and later held the position of Scheduler/Planner at the same company until August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Advisor for Time and Attendance at Paychex and Internal Support Representative, along with roles as an Investigator at USIS and IAT Group, where responsibilities included conducting Federal background investigations and documenting fraudulent claims. Caricati has also contributed as an Implementation Consultant at Ceridian and as an Assistant Director of Group Sales at Rochester Red Wings, demonstrating sales and team management skills. A graduate of Saint John Fisher College, Caricati holds a degree in History. Currently, Caricati is the Dayforce Administrator at Monro, Inc., managing the configuration of the Dayforce WFM application.
