Ram Sunkara

Ram Sunkara has extensive experience in various senior leadership roles in the IT field. Ram currently works at Monro, Inc. as the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy. In this role, they are responsible for leading solution architecture and enabling real-time integrations using the Kong API platform. Before joining Monro, Inc., Ram worked as a Senior Director of IT, Solutions Architecture, Integrations & Data Analytics, where they played a crucial role in enabling organizational strategy at Monro, Inc. with a focus on solution architecture and integrations.

Prior to their role at Monro, Inc., Ram worked as an Application Delivery Consultant in a consulting role where they led a multi-million dollar digital transformation initiative. Ram utilized the Scaled Agile methodology and adopted customer experience persona-based user stories to modernize the Global Service Delivery.

Before consulting, Ram served as the Vice President of Global Enterprise Solutions Delivery at Conduent, where they led IT strategy and delivery for all enterprise applications. Ram built strong business relationships with C-level executives and launched multiple IT initiatives.

Ram's experience also includes working at Xerox in several roles such as Director of Business Relationship Management, PMO Manager, Program Delivery Manager, and IT Manager. Ram led various IT strategy and delivery projects, including the automation of service engineer dispatch and the consolidation of existing applications.

Early in their career, Ram worked as a Software Programmer at Interim Tech Solutions, Inc., where they gained experience in software development projects.
