Based in Chicago, MSP is seeking to build a concentrated portfolio of family and founder-run businesses across the Business Services and Industrial Sectors with EBITDA between $2 and $5 million and a demonstrated track record of consistent profitability and cash flow generation. MSP is led by Managing Partners Alex Foshager and Ken Mill who previously worked in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division.
