With a Bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from the University of Idaho, Pete has held various key roles in the horticulture industry, including positions at Klupenger Nursery, Cascade West Trees, and SBI Software. Previously, as the Director of Oracle Solutions at Monrovia, Pete led the implementation of cloud-based ERP technology to enhance data-driven decision-making. Their expertise lies in production planning, inventory control, and improving operational processes through data analytics.
