We are designers, builders, and innovators.

Luxury and custom home plans uniquely suited for the Pacific Northwest.

Monsef Design Group is a small creative design studio located in Renton, WA specializing in residential home plan design and land planning services.

Our services include: Architectural Design, Feasibility Study, Land Planning, Project Budgeting, Permitting, Fund- Raising Support, Scheduling, and Construction Administration.

We work with landowners, agents, investors, contractors, designers and buyers. We have the expertise, knowledge and experience to help walk you and your family through the entire process of purchasing a property, designing a home plan, and building your dream home.

Our mission:

Our philosophy at Monsef Design Group is to create quality home plans from the ground up. This means first looking at the building site, environment, character, climate, and constructability before putting pen to paper.
We see the building process as an integrative part of our architectural design work and understand that the value of a new home comes from its location and craftsmanship. Each building location is distinctive, and each home plan is unique. We will customize the home plans to suite your location.

We envision a home as series of great spaces that move beyond a particular trend or architectural style and feel that contemporary homes gain worth only when people enjoy living in them. We stay inspired by the small details of a home that make it stand apart from the rest.
