Raphie is currently the Director of Revenue Partnerships and Marketing at MONSTERBASS, where they advise the CEO on strategy and positioning the monthly subscription box as a bass fishing resource. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at A Little Bird, where they drove client acquisition and pivoted to digital media during COVID-19. Raphie also founded PIXIE DIRT LLC, where they led marketing strategies for various clients including SUPERPLASTIC and Supra footwear. Raphie has experience in the publishing industry as the Head of Business Development and Marketing at Penthouse World Media Inc., where they grew magazine subscriptions and revitalized the brand through partnerships with youth culture brands. Earlier in their career, Raphie held positions at Complex Networks and Marc Ecko Enterprises, where they were responsible for business development, marketing, and brand growth through creative collaborations and celebrity partnerships.
Raphie Aronowitz pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, completing the program in 1997.
