Monteith founded Monteith Construction Corp. in Charlotte, NC in 1998 and serves as CEO, overseeing the growth and strategy of the company. They founded the Camp Schreiber Foundation in 2010 and continue in their role as Chair of the Board. They currently serve on the boards of Glow Academy, Phoenix Hometown Hires, The First Tee of Greater Wilmington, and Wells Fargo Advisory Board. They previously served on the boards of GLOW Academy (2016–2018) and StepUp Wilmington (2015–2018).
