Justin Whitley

Justin Whitley is an experienced project executive currently working at Monteith Construction Corp. since August 2022. Prior roles include project manager positions at W.M. Jordan Company from March 2017 to August 2022 and at John S. Clark Company, LLC, from November 2009 to April 2012. Justin has also served as a senior project manager/preconstruction manager at Barnhill Contracting Company between April 2012 and March 2017 and as an assistant project manager at Thomas Construction Group from August 2007 to November 2009. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business and Construction Management from East Carolina University, completed between 1998 and 2001, and has previous educational experience at Liberty University and Lawrence Academy.
