Ron Thompson is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and facilities management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Monteith Construction Corp. since May 2022, Ron previously held similar roles at Coastal Precast Systems LLC and NORESCO, where Ron focused on energy services projects for various governmental levels. Prior to these positions, Ron was the Director of Facilities and Maintenance Operations at Rescue Union School District and served as VP of Finance and Operation at Sacramento Adventist Academy. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Pacific Union College and has additional education from California State University-Sacramento.
