Jérôme Doucet has had a diverse range of work experience. Jérôme started their career at 3M as a Sales Representative in the Abrasive Systems Division in 1998. Jérôme then moved on to become the Abrasive Division Inside Sales for Eastern Canada until 1999. In 2000, they joined Montel Inc. as the Marketing Director before transitioning to become a VP of Distribution and Marketing from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2019, Jérôme worked as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Montel Inc. and is currently serving as the President since March 2019.
Jérôme Doucet has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM). Jérôme also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal.
