Marilena Cugola has been with Gruppo Montenegro since September 1990 and currently holds the positions of Total Reward & HR Services Manager and HR Manager. Marilena completed their Master's degree in Counseling e Sviluppo Organizzativo from Ariele Associazione Italiana di Psicosocioanalisi from 2006 to 2009.
