Johan Redtzer

Johan Redtzer has significant experience in the executive search and talent management industry. Johan currently works as a Talent Manager and Partner at Monterro AB, a leading investor in Nordic software companies. Johan joined the company in 2018 and is responsible for providing operational and strategic support to their portfolio companies.

Prior to this, Johan was a Founding Partner at Continental Search Alliance (CSA) from 2010 to 2019. CSA is a search firm with a focus on finding talent in Europe for international clients. Johan served as the chairman of CSA from 2010 to 2014.

Johan also served as a Member of the Board at ESK - Sveriges Auktoriserade Executive Search konsulter from 2016 to 2018. ESK is a professional association for authorized executive search consultants in Sweden.

Before joining Monterro AB, Johan was the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Cross Executive Search from 2006 to 2018. Johan helped the company establish a strong reputation for high-quality recruitment in the Nordics and Europe.
