Markus Lember

Markus Lember is a co-founder and CEO of Montonio Finance, a next-generation open platform for ecommerce checkout. Markus has been with the company since October 2018 and has raised over €13m from Index and top regional firms. Montonio is a licensed payment institution and credit intermediary. Before starting Montonio Finance, Markus worked as a Business Analyst at Bigbank from February 2018 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for creating product requirements for technical solutions, collecting the needs of various stakeholders, and making the product understandable to both developers and business professionals.

Markus Lember began their education in 2016 at the University of Tartu, where they pursued a degree in Economics. However, their education at the university remained unfinished as they left before completing their degree in 2019.
