Scott Ryan has worked in various roles since 1995. Scott began their career at Nortel Networks as a Director/Senior Manager/Manager, leading all aspects of product strategy and marketing which built to first $50M in revenue, spinout, and IPO. In 1999, they were the CEO and Co-founder of Incanta. In 2002, they moved to The North Highland Company as the Principal, Strategy, Telecommunications Industry Lead. In 2005, they became the CEO of Asankya, building and selling the company to EMC and focusing on building WAN optimization products with patent-pending technology from Georgia Tech. In 2011, they joined EMC as the Senior Director, Advanced Business Development. In 2014, they became the CEO of Senoia Systems, which was later acquired by Concurrent. In 2015, they joined Concurrent as the CMO & SVP, Products. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Montra and the Entrepreneur In Residence of ATDC. Additionally, they are an Advisor of Monza Cloud, which develops the world's most advanced development platform for .NET application in the cloud.

Scott Ryan has a diverse educational background, having obtained a BS in Computer Science and Theatre from Vanderbilt University, an Advanced Management Program from the USC Institute for Communications Technology Management, an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, and having attended J.J. Pearce High School.
