MONTROC Activate Change. We turn Strategic Intent into Tactical Action, helping organisations and people to Live Work Better through our process of Discover - Strategise - Change.

We are ACTION orientated. We DISCOVER the best of now, IMAGINE what could be in the future, CREATE the future together by making it real, and ALIGN concepts with the views and ideas of the people involved.

Our DISCOVERY Workshops provide the foundation for any successful project: Business Strategy, Real Estate Strategy, Workplace Strategy, and Culture & Behaviour Change. WE LOVE doing them! And so do our clients. They facilitate employee engagement and critical thought upon which a roadmap can be created and decisions can be made. They are stand-alone, in series, or the mind-opening start to Activating Change and helping people to Live Work Better. And making it stick.

Our STRATEGY Creative is our big picture thinking. We always seek to verify, clarify or demystify the intent of 'The Boss', translating strategic intent into tactical action.

Our CHANGE Programmes are ACTION orientated. We use a framework based on Cotton's CHANGE TRACK, and foundations in all the theory from Kotter to Prosci. We view data as windows for improved clarity and we focus on translating it into things you could actually do and say.

MONTROC is a small Consultancy with a big reach. We have completed projects in England, Wales, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland and the USA, plus some Global research projects. We have worked with companies in the sectors of Technology, FMCG, Finance, Engineering, Communications, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare.

We specialise in Strategy and Change: Business, Real Estate and Workplace Strategy, Culture and Change programmes, Ways of Working, Workplace Change Management, and trouble-shooting, on a Global scale.

We compliment our work as Practitioners in the Lumina toolset: SPARK, LEADER and CULTURE; with OODA, SHUVA, The 5Cs, and more, and with Partner organisations.
