Will Begin

Will Begin has worked in the construction industry since 1981, beginning with US Homes Inc. as a Construction Manager, where they managed $8,000,000 to $10,000,000 in new homes, multi-family and condos in numerous subdivisions. Will then moved on to Birch Tree Associates in 1986 as a Construction Manager, managing a 380 unit apartment project and 30+ employees. In 2016, they joined Pilot Construction Inc. as a Lead Project Superintendent, working on a 200 unit project with a 10,000 square foot clubhouse and pool. In 2017, they became the Lead Project Superintendent at Callahan Construction Managers, working on a 20 million dollar Senior Assisted Living Center. In 2018, they joined NRP Group Inc. as a Lead Project Superintendent, completing a 120 unit residential project with a clubhouse and pool, and the civil for 4 commercial buildings. Finally, in 2019, they joined Monument Construction, LLC as a Project Manager and Project Superintendent, currently managing 3 Federal Projects in West Haven CT, Leeds MA, and Fayetteville NC.

Will Begin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University between 1989 and 1992. In March 2017, they obtained an OSHA 30 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In May 2021, they obtained a CSL certification from the State of Massachusetts.
