Stephen Lee

Stephen Lee has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Stephen currently works at Monument Re Group as the Group Chief Financial Officer, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AXA Life Europe as the Chief Financial Officer from September 2017 to April 2023. Stephen also held the role of Chief Risk Officer at AXA Life Europe from March 2013 to August 2017. Stephen began their career at Friends First, where they worked as an Actuarial Team Leader for Product Development from September 2005 to July 2009. Stephen also gained experience at Sun Life Financial as a Senior Actuarial Analyst from October 2009 to August 2010.
